Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients provide keys or access instructions. Our team follows a strict key-holder and security policy.

We are based in Melbourne and service surrounding suburbs. We aren’t afraid of an adventure, so be sure to contact us if you’re unsure whether we cover your area.

What types of cleaning do you offer?
We provide residential, commercial, office, and real estate/end-of-lease cleaning. Services are tailored to each client’s needs.
Do you clean carpets, or windows?
Yes. We offer a full range of interior cleaning services, including carpets, single story internal windows, and more. Specialised services may incur additional charges.
We do not however do exterior, or second level windows.
Can you handle large or unusual spaces?
Yes. Our team has experience with apartments, houses, offices, and other property types, including high-traffic or hard-to-clean areas.
Policies & Guarantees
What if I’m not satisfied with the clean?
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return for a free reclean.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations may incur a small fee.
Do you accept payment onsite?
We primarily send digital invoices. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit. For regular services, we can set up automatic billing.
Can you refuse a service?
Yes. If we believe a clean cannot be safely completed, or the property is unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse service.

Yes. We strictly follow all health and safety guidelines, including PPE use, hand hygiene, and regular sanitation of equipment.
Are your cleaning products safe?
We use professional-grade products that are safe for homes and workplaces.

No. Our team is trained to avoid hazards like needles or hazardous chemicals. We follow strict safety protocols.

It depends on your needs. Many clients book weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. End-of-lease cleans are usually one-off services.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes! Regular clients can request the same team for consistency and familiarity with your space.

Do you meet agent requirements for bond-back cleaning?
Yes. Our end-of-lease cleans are thorough and tailored to meet property manager and real estate agent standards.
What areas are included in an end-of-lease clean?
We clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, floors, windows, and more. A detailed checklist is provided to ensure nothing is missed.
How long does an end-of-lease clean take?
Depending on property size, a full clean usually takes 3–4 hours for a standard house or apartment.
